The hotel design is influenced by Old City’s rich culture of art appreciation and takes inspiration from the specific art piece, The Birth of Venus. The space is grounded with historic architectural elements, aiding the experience of transitioning through time. Imperfect materials, such as aging metals and natural materials will highlight this transition. The design also embodies romance and whimsicalness by introducing soft materials juxtaposed with hard surfaces, such as velvets and marble. Intimate spaces to gather and organic motifs throughout further the concept.
